These terms govern your use of Toastie.io during the early-access pilot. By applying for or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Toastie.io provides tools that help member-led clubs plan meetings, manage roles and members, run recognition and voting, publish a club page, schedule events, and follow up - the work around a meeting, not the meeting itself. Features available to your club will be described when your club is activated.
2. Early access and pilot
The service is offered on a pilot basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Applying is free. Before activation, selected clubs receive the pilot duration, included workflows, usage limits, support details, and any future pricing or transition terms.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Officers and administrators sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping their accounts secure and for activity under them. You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for your club. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
5. Your content
Clubs retain ownership of the information they add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for how your club uses it.
6. Payments
The pilot does not process payments through the platform. The "Coffee on Me" feature records contributions for a club's own bookkeeping only and does not collect or process any payment.
7. No professional accreditation
Authorized clubs may use Toastie.io to prepare their own certificates, acknowledgements, and recognition. Toastie.io does not grant professional licences, regulated credentials, or accreditation, and is not affiliated with any organization unless stated explicitly.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toastie.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if the pilot concludes. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Toastie.io operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (The operator will confirm the specific jurisdiction.)
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops and will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
